Title Clinical Coordinator (RN) Dialysis Floor Leader at DaVita Posting Date & Location Posting date: 05/15/2026 Location: 715 Venoy Road, Westland, Michigan 48185 Contact: 830, United States of America Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice At least 6 months of Dialysis Nursing experience required At least 12 months of registered nursing experience Current CPR certification required ADN or BSN required; a three‑year diploma from an accredited diploma program may substitute for a nursing degree Supervisory experience preferred; willingness, desire, and ability to supervise required Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN); ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg experience is a plus and preferred What You Can Expect This Full Time Nurse will be a hands on role on the floor with time off the floor for planning, scheduling and clinical outcomes.
