Mount Laurel, New Jersey, United States Overview / Objective The Seasonal Project Coordinator is a position to assist the Project Managers. This includes being an available resource to help with day-to‑day operations of the department. The Project Coordinator will assist with actualizing, handle smaller projects, and handle other administrative functions as needed. Responsibilities Work on smaller projects and communicate to all relevant departments regarding budgeting, production, and post‑production. Review, code, authorize, and submit to accounting all invoices, timecards, and expenses applicable to the coordinator’s projects. Manage assigned projects through to final billing. Keep detailed records of assigned projects. Assist Project Managers with staying current on actualizing. Process paperwork and assist in the creation of a digital wrap binder. Be a resource to Project Managers on a day‑to‑day basis for any help required. Ensure paperwork and reports are filed and disseminated to the appropriate PMs. Required Qualifications College degree (BA or BS) in a media‑related, business, or project management program. 3–5 years of professional office experience. Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and Teams. Exceptional organizational, communication, judgment, and interpersonal skills. Experience with budgeting, planning/scheduling, and project management. Strong ability to multi‑task and be detail oriented. Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality. Preferred Qualifications 3–5 years of production and post‑production experience. Other Key Attributes / Characteristics The candidate should be a self‑starter with strong communication skills and the ability to keep all relevant parties informed on the status of their projects or tasks daily. The Project Coordinator will need to demonstrate extremely strong organizational skills, maintain meticulous records of all projects, and assist the Project Managers with their records. The ability to multi‑task and take direction is key to the success of this role.
