About Our Client :Addison Group is partnering with a growing real estate organization in St. Charles that is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join its team. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a marketing professional looking to support a variety of marketing initiatives while working closely with leadership in a collaborative environment Job Descriptio n:The Marketing Coordinator will support the planning, execution, and management of both digital and print marketing initiatives that promote the company's brand, properties, and services. This role will partner closely with leadership to develop creative marketing strategies that drive revenue, generate leads, and enhance brand awareness. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and an innovative thinker who enjoys bringing fresh ideas to life through a variety of marketing channel Key Responsibiliti es:Coordinate and execute digital and print marketing campaigns to support business development and revenue grow th.Design, create, and update marketing materials including brochures, flyers, postcards, presentations, email campaigns, signage, and other promotional collater al.Collaborate with leadership to develop creative marketing initiatives that increase brand visibility and attract new business opportuniti es.Manage and maintain the company's social media presence by creating engaging content and supporting ongoing marketing campaig ns.Update and maintain website content, ensuring information is current, accurate, and aligned with company brandi ng.Coordinate marketing projects from concept through completion, working with internal stakeholders and external vendors as need ed.Assist with branding initiatives, community events, networking opportunities, and promotional campaig ns.Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improveme nt.Ensure consistency across all marketing materials while maintaining established brand standar ds.Support additional marketing, administrative, and special projects as assign ed.Qualificatio ns:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferr ed.2+ years of marketing experience, preferably within real estate, professional services, or a fast-paced business environme nt.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and marketing/design platforms such as Canva or Adobe Creative Sui te.Experience managing social media platforms and website content management systems (CM S).Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to deta il.Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlin es.Creative, innovative, and willing to think outside the box to develop impactful marketing campaig ns.Self-motivated team player who enjoys collaborating with leadership and contributing ideas that drive business grow #J-18808-Ljbffr Addison Group
