Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager will take ownership of executing the organization’s marketing communications strategy, processes, and performance tracking. This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing initiatives that support brand growth, engagement, lead generation, and overall business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of strategic thinking, creative execution, digital marketing knowledge, and analytical ability. This individual will oversee marketing initiatives across a variety of channels, including website, social media, email, video, digital platforms, events, and written content, while establishing processes to track performance, measure results, and continuously improve marketing effectiveness. The successful candidate will be a proactive, resourceful, and highly organized professional who can take ownership of marketing processes and projects from strategy through execution and measurement. This role requires someone who is comfortable working independently, collaborating with internal and external partners, managing multiple priorities, and using both creativity and data to drive results. Responsibilities Develop and execute integrated marketing communications strategies that support brand awareness, reputation, engagement, lead generation, and business growth. Take ownership of marketing processes, calendars, campaigns, and initiatives from planning through execution, tracking, analysis, and optimization. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and channels. Track and analyze the customer journey, with a strong focus on lead generation, lead quality, conversion rates, and opportunities to improve marketing-to-sales results. Manage and optimize lead tracking and conversion processes across applicable digital platforms, CRM systems, website activity, email campaigns, social media, and other marketing channels. Collaborate with internal teams and external agency partners to develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and target audience needs. Manage and enhance the company’s social media presence, including content strategy, content creation, community engagement, performance tracking, and optimization. Write and edit compelling copy for a variety of marketing materials, including digital content, social media, email campaigns, video, presentations, and print collateral. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, customer insights, and marketing performance data to identify opportunities for differentiation, growth, and continuous improvement. Coordinate and support events, community volunteer efforts, sponsorships, and other corporate initiatives from concept through execution and post-event evaluation. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is strongly preferred; high school diploma is required. 3+ years of experience in a diversified marketing communications, digital marketing, or integrated marketing role. Demonstrated experience managing marketing initiatives and owning projects from strategy through execution and performance analysis. Strong understanding of marketing metrics, KPIs, lead generation, conversion tracking, and campaign performance analysis. Experience working with websites, social media platforms, email marketing, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools. Experience with Canva or similar creative design platforms. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop compelling content for a variety of audiences and platforms. Highly organized and analytical, with the ability to manage competing priorities, establish processes, and track details in a fast-paced environment. Event planning and execution experience. Proactive, resourceful, and self-directed, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for results.
