Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and preventative maintenance at our apartment units
• Troubleshoot and repair appliances, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Apartment unit work orders and turns
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used to ensure compliance and facilitate future servicing
• Respond promptly to equipment failures or system malfunctions to minimize downtime and operational disruptions
• Respond to emergency on calls promptly and efficiently

Experience:

• Proven experience as a service or maintenance technician; in an apartment community environment highly preferred
• Strong maintenance knowledge with hands-on experience in appliance repair, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing and electrical systems
• Experience in property maintenance is required
• EPA certification is required
• CPO certification is preferred
• Weekend scheduling and Emergency on call roations is required
• Knowledge of safety protocols related to mechanical work and equipment handling
