We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to join our Talent Marketing team within Talent Acquisition and HR. This role reports to the Head of PMO and is focused on driving operational excellence, ensuring smooth execution of team processes, and supporting cross-functional collaboration across Talent Acquisition and Marketing functions. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, process-driven, and comfortable working with creative and marketing stakeholders while managing multiple priorities.

Team Structure & Workstreams

The Talent Marketing team operates across three key areas: Talent Brand & Experience – Creative content, blogs, and social media (largest workstream) MarTech – Digital channels, analytics, and email marketing Marketing Strategy – Paid media and advertising

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, or process management Strong ability to execute and manage existing processes (not necessarily design them) Proven experience working with cross-functional teams, especially within marketing or creative environments Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Experience supporting Talent Acquisition, HR, or Talent Marketing teams Familiarity with marketing operations, content workflows, or martech environments Exposure to data, analytics, or AI-driven tools and insights Experience coordinating approvals with legal or compliance teams
