Full job description An elite Financial Advisor affiliated with a client firm of True Axis Recruiting is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the operational tasks for their personal practice, with a specialization in investment operations. This role offers the opportunity to work with the advisor in delivering exceptional client experiences and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid schedule. This position requires industry experience, above and beyond client service, and exceptional organizational skills. Their office is located in Minnetonka, MN. This role offers hybrid work, with 3 days in the office after onboarding is complete. We are only considering candidates with Securities Licensing (Series 7, 63/66) obtained. Compensation: $90,000 - $95,000 with bonus Responsibilities: Client correspondence, calendar management, and operational command of the financial planning practice Account opening and maintenance for investment accounts, insurance plans, and financial planning agreements Preparing documents using financial planning software Handling the escalation of operational issues for the advisor and working with appropriate parties to achieve resolution Managing daily/weekly tasks related to investment operations for the advisor General professionalism, “Above and Beyond” client service, and strict adherence to all regulatory, compliance, and confidentiality standards are essential components of this role In addition to these day‑to‑day tasks, there will be other duties that arise during business – flexibility and a “team player” attitude are essential Qualifications: MUST be Investment licensed prior to start date (Series 7, Series 63, and/or Series 66) Life, Accident, and Health Insurance license prior to start date Previous experience in the financial services industry is required About Company Our client's firm is a respected financial services agency .
