Maintenance TechnicianLeafy Dell Apartments in Johnstown, OH is hiring a reliable, experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team full-time.In this role, you'll keep our property running smoothly - from handling daily work orders and apartment turns to seasonal upkeep and pool maintenance. If you're hands-on, dependable, and take pride in your work, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities:Complete daily and routine work orders as assignedPrepare apartment turns, including trash-outs and cleaning for new residentsMaintain cleanliness of grounds, common areas, the shop, and leasing officePerform HVAC repairs (EPA certification preferred)Handle pool maintenance, including seasonal opening and closingClear snow and ice from walkways and stairs, including saltingReport safety concerns or maintenance issues to managementUnload and stock delivery materialsKeep company tools and equipment secure and well maintainedParticipate in rotating after-hours on-call coverageQualifications:Experience in residential apartment maintenance strongly preferredEPA certification and HVAC skills a big plusSelf-motivated with strong prioritization skillsProfessional and comfortable working in occupied residencesAvailable for rotating on-call shiftsJob Type: Full-time
