The New York City Department of Consumer and Worker Protection is seeking a Support Specialist to oversee the Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Active Directory environments. In this role, you will deploy and maintain mobile devices while providing technical support and ensuring compliance with security standards. Successful candidates will have experience in large-scale mainframe operations or data communication networks, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong technical background.
