Monday–Thursday | 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
No nights, no weekends
Pay Rate:
$30.00 per hour

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide care in a healthcare facility in Ellenville, NY. This role focuses on medication administration, daily nursing care, and resident support in a structured, team-oriented environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for an LPN looking for consistent weekday hours without the demands of rotating shifts.

LPN Responsibilities:

• Administer medications accurately in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Provide direct nursing care to residents within LPN scope of practice
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the supervising nurse or provider
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of medications, assessments, and care provided
• Collaborate with nursing staff, providers, and support teams to ensure continuity of care
• Follow all facility policies, safety procedures, and infection-control standards
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care with professionalism and attention to detail

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Requirements:

• Active New York State LPN license required
• Proven competency in medication administration
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to resident safety
• Dependable and able to consistently work the scheduled weekday hours
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Prior experience in long-term care, residential care, or healthcare settings preferred
