Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Onsite | Rotating Day/Night Shifts (3x12-Hour Shifts) | Day: 7:00am–7:30pm | Night: 7:00pm–7:30am

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit setting
• Monitor and interpret ECG cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Potential to float to additional units to care for the same patient population based on operational needs
• Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with facility protocols
• Participate in required orientation assessments including ECG rhythm recognition and medication safety evaluations
• Work rotating shifts including at least every other holiday as required by the facility

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months combined permanent experience in Medical Surgical / Telemetry specialty
• Minimum of 18 months of recent Medical Surgical / Telemetry experience (travel experience accepted)
• Active permanent Ohio RN license or active Compact State license in hand at time of submission
• Active AHA or American Red Cross BLS certification required
• Active ACLS certification required
• Active NIHSS certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 18 months of experience within a single facility location preferred
• Prior travel nursing experience in Medical Surgical / Telemetry settings
