Field Operations Supervisor

Managing the daily operations of a remote team, the full-time Remote Field Operations Supervisor will oversee frontline employees supporting field technicians, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality service delivery for fiber customers. Key responsibilities Lead and manage a team of 15 or more, balancing workloads and ensuring operational needs are met Deliver training, coaching, and performance management to develop team capabilities and maintain quality standards Foster a high-performing team environment by promoting accountability, engagement, and recognition of achievements Required qualifications Previous experience leading teams in a technical environment Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience (typically five years of relevant experience) Proficiency with computer applications such as MS Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI Working knowledge of fiber installation, maintenance, and local network processes Demonstrated expertise in employee development, including training, coaching, and performance management
