Salary & Benefits $3500 Sign-On Bonus for New Hires! (paid in 2 installments at 3 months and 6 months with successful completion of Orientation) $1500 Referral Bonus for Current Staff! $20.40 an hour or $21.42 with MAP Certification Comprehensive medical, dental and vision coverage. Schedule Monday–Friday 9 am–3 pm (30 hr/week) Essential Functions Actively advocate for individuals served demonstrating the Agency’s values and mission in all interactions. Leverage your knowledge and interests in the community to empower individuals and enhance their quality of life. Implement Individual Service Plans. Assist individuals with activities of daily living, including household tasks and chores. Assist individuals with appointments, including driving the Agency’s van. Present in a respectful and professional manner in all interactions. Attend all trainings and implement knowledge throughout your work. Communicate in an effective manner whether orally or written. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Active and valid driver’s license. Ability to pass background checks. Ability to lift to 50 lbs and sustained periods of sitting or standing. Ability to assist in a restraint if needed. Experience in substance abuse or mental health preferred.
