Remote Bilingual CDI Specialist (Spanish/English)

Duo Health

Duo Health is seeking a Clinical Documentation Integrity Specialist who is fully bilingual in Spanish and English to support outpatient risk adjustment and HCC coding in a 100% remote role.

You will review Spanish-language medical records, translate concepts into coding practices, and train care teams across diverse providers to ensure accurate and compliant documentation while supporting health equity goals.
