Job Title: App Functionality QA Specialist

Location: Baltimore, MD

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our QA team as a App Functionality QA Specialist . In this role, you'll be responsible for evaluating user experience, testing app and website functionality, and providing critical feedback that helps improve our digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

Execute detailed usability testing scenarios for mobile and web platforms.
Document bugs, glitches, and user experience pain points with clarity.
Collaborate with development teams to communicate issues and feedback.
Ensure that software features work across devices, browsers, and screen sizes.
Submit comprehensive daily or weekly reports on findings and recommendations.

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow structured instructions.
Comfort with working tools and familiarity with app ecosystems.
Prior experience in quality assurance, user testing, or related fields preferred.
Reliable internet connection and access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device.
