About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Marketing to lead a strategic and growth-oriented marketing organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive revenue growth, strengthen market position, and evolve the brand narrative. This role is highly visible and demands a leader with a proven track record in B2B technology marketing, particularly in the SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software sectors. The VP of Marketing will oversee all aspects of marketing, including demand generation, product marketing, brand, communications, digital marketing, customer marketing, partner marketing, marketing operations, and events. They must be adept at building and scaling demand generation programs, have a strong background in AI-driven marketing, and be capable of leading the organization through periods of rapid growth and transformation. Candidates for this role at the company should have a minimum of 12 years of progressive B2B technology marketing experience, with a focus on SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of demand generation, product marketing, and AI's role in marketing strategy. Strong leadership skills are essential, as the VP of Marketing will be tasked with building and inspiring a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, and ensuring alignment with sales, product, and customer success. The role requires a strategic thinker who can partner with executive leadership to shape market positioning and is experienced in managing multimillion-dollar marketing budgets. A background in marketing to IT and finance leaders, as well as experience with AI technologies, is highly valued. The VP of Marketing will be expected to modernize the marketing organization, increase its contribution to revenue growth, and elevate brand awareness and competitive differentiation.
