About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Marketing to lead the next phase of its evolution. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of a strategic shift, driving the company's new AI-native positioning and go-to-market strategy. This role is pivotal in shaping how the company grows, tells its story, and differentiates in a competitive space. The VP of Marketing will be responsible for full-funnel marketing, from brand building to customer expansion, and will lead teams across brand and content, performance marketing, and product marketing. A hands-on leadership approach is essential, with a focus on high accountability, meaningful autonomy, and a commitment to using data to guide decisions and adjust strategies. Candidates for the VP of Marketing role at the company should have a proven track record as a marketing leader or Head of Growth in a B2B SaaS environment, with experience in driving marketing organizations through narrative or repositioning shifts. The role requires a leader with a genuine understanding of how AI is transforming marketing and a passion for applying this to the business. The ideal candidate will have a history of making data-driven decisions, challenging assumptions, and driving results across the marketing spectrum. They should be adept at establishing clear planning and execution rhythms, and be in lockstep with product, sales, and RevOps to shape and execute the go-to-market strategy. A strong focus on craft, autonomy, and a commitment to building what matters is essential, as is the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically in a remote setting.
