We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Life Insurance Agent / Benefit Specialist to join our dynamic team to make a high income living from $8,000 - $15,000 a month. In this role, you will be responsible for growing the portfolio of our consumers and local businesses by providing tailored insurance solutions to both new and existing clients. Your expertise in assessing client needs and delivering customized policies will play a vital role in ensuring financial security and peace of mind for those we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and present comprehensive life insurance solutions to prospective and existing clients
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend appropriate coverage options
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and ongoing support
• Address client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and expertise
• Expand business opportunities through strategic networking and referral development
• Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company standards
• Continuously analyze market trends to identify opportunities for business growth

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in life insurance sales, financial services, or customer relations
• Strong ability to establish trust and rapport with clients
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices is preferred
• No previous insurance experience is required
