Human Resources CoordinatorCompass Intervention Center has been providing psychiatric services to the Memphis area for more than 29 years. Located in Southwest Tennessee, this facility provides access to larger communities in Tennessee, Mississippi, and Arkansas. Compass Intervention Center is a free-standing residential treatment center open to male and female children and adolescents from ages 10 to 17. Residential treatment, virtual programs, intensive outpatient, acute, and partial hospitalization services are available to male and female adolescents ages 10 to 17. Compass offers a full continuum of care for psychiatric treatment of adolescents and is the only facility in the State of Tennessee that offers every level of care to adolescents.As a member of the Human Resources Team, the Human Resources Coordinator performs daily administrative tasks and services to support the Human Resources Department. The HR Coordinator provides a high level of customer service with a strong emphasis on support to employees and assistance with the recruitment and interview process.Job duties include:Resolving a wide variety of general questions and inquiries for facility staff.Providing routine information to visitors, callers, and employees which requires a good knowledge of Human Resources processes.Processing new hires regarding pre-employment process.Scheduling new hires for orientation and ensuring all onboarding documents are completed for the new hire to begin employment.Ensuring the facility is prepared for new hire orientations and facilitating the orientation schedule.Maintaining filing of HR records and assisting in performing periodic audits of HR files.Assisting with ad-hoc projects, like collection of employee engagement surveys and new hire check-ins/feedback surveys.Other related duties as assigned.Benefits include:Challenging and rewarding work environment.Competitive compensation & generous paid time off.Excellent medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug plans.401(k) with company match and discounted stock plan.Career development opportunities within UHS and its 300+ subsidiaries.Qualifications:High school graduate/GED required.Associate degree and/or bachelor's degree preferred.1-3 years of experience in human resources preferred.Current CPR or BLS certification.EEO Statement: All UHS subsidiaries are committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants and teammates.
