Schedule: Days, 8 hours per shift, 40 hours per week

Assignment Details: Contract length: 13 weeks; Guaranteed hours: 40 per week

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct segments of treatment programs aimed at restoring and improving physical, social, and mental functions.
• Collaborate as a co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient groups.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment objectives and outcomes.
• Document treatment plans and outcomes in compliance with facility policies and procedures.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of best practices for patient care.
