Job Title: T-LPN/T-RN Location: Albuquerque, NM, 87109 Shift: 7:00 PM 7:30 AM (Days: Sun, Mon, Tue) Duration: 17 weeks (Possibility of extension) Pay rate: $40.53/hr on W2

Required Experience & Certifications

• Active and unencumbered RN or LPN license (State or Compact).
• Minimum 1 year of recent clinical experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

Roles & Responsibilities (56 Lines)

• Provide safe and effective patient care in accordance with clinical protocols and facility standards.
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and document care accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and communicate changes in patient status promptly.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, safety procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
• Float to designated areas as required based on facility needs.
• Maintain professionalism while working independently during night shifts.
