Candidate Should Possess: Subject matter expert related to all commercial property and employee benefits Managing sales related to Midwest region, with an existing team of professionals Maintain existing and new relationships for the sector Manage financial aspects of contracts to protect client and company interests, including managing budgets, cost analysis worksheets, cost reporting, analysis reporting, etc. Attend trade shows, industry associations and any networking events. Candidate Should Possess: Probably 10 years plus experience within the insurance broker sector, managing a brokerage team 4-year degree preferred Ability to travel as and when is needed Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and under little supervision.
