Salary up to $225K plus bonus

Our client is a growing insurance broker, who are now looking for an experienced brokerage leader for their Chicago office.

\n

\n

Candidate Should Possess:

\n

\n

\n
• Subject matter expert related to all commercial property and employee benefits
\n
• Managing sales related to Midwest region, with an existing team of professionals
\n
• Maintain existing and new relationships for the sector
\n
• Manage financial aspects of contracts to protect client and company interests, including managing budgets, cost analysis worksheets, cost reporting, analysis reporting, etc.
\n
• Attend trade shows, industry associations and any networking events.
\n

Candidate Should Possess:

\n

\n
• Probably 10 years plus experience within the insurance broker sector, managing a brokerage team
\n
• 4-year degree preferred
\n
• Ability to travel as and when is needed
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
\n
• Ability to work independently and under little supervision.
\n
