Come be a part of this incredible and inclusive team at Invited!/ph3Job Summary/h3pThe Facilities Maintenance Housekeeper is responsible for the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall maintenance of the clubs facilities, both indoors and outdoors. This role performs routine cleaning tasks, addressing immediate cleanliness concerns, and assisting in the maintenance upkeep of various club areas, such as restrooms, locker rooms, dining areas, and common spaces./ph3Day To Day/h3ulliMaintain carpets clean by vacuuming and spot cleaning where necessary. Keep all floors swept, mopped, and polished, including courts, exercise rooms, stairwells, lobby and hallway areas, restrooms, and any other areas needed./liliDust and wipe down furniture, shelves, chair arms, desks, credenzas, chandeliers, pictures, televisions, woodwork, and artwork, including all ceiling HVAC registers./liliResponsible for seeing that daily assignments are completed in their respective areas, to meet club standards and as communicated expectations (i.e. orderly/organized work areas, straighten/arrange entry area, picking up trash/debris, etc.)./liliPerform or contract facility maintenance and housekeeping repairs and maintenance including, but not limited to electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, building equipment, carpentry, flooring, walls, ceilings, special projects, and other related areas./liliResponsible for maintaining a maintenance and project checklist/schedule for preventive maintenance and ongoing improvements./liliCommunicate effectively with supervisor to coordinate, prioritize, document, and complete work requests from Department Heads, members, and guests./li/ulh3Additional Duties/h3ulliDue to the dynamic nature of the club, employees are expected to assist others as needed and take on additional tasks as assigned by management./liliFollow all company, club, and department policies, procedures, and instructions./liliMaintain a high level of professionalism and a commitment to excellence in interactions with members, colleagues, and staff./liliFollow safe working practices, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and encouraging others to do the same./liliTake the initiative in personal and professional growth and maintain any required certifications relevant to your role./liliAddress and resolve challenges using available resources, working with regional and corporate teams to support club operations./liliAttend daily briefings and actively engage in required activities to stay informed and contribute to the teams success./li/ulh3About You/h3pRequired/pulliHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent./liliA minimum of 2 years of experience in the general maintenance, housekeeping, or janitorial services in the golf club environment./li/ulpPreferred/pulliFamiliarity with cleaning procedures and sanitation best practices./liliKnowledge of cleaning techniques for various surfaces (e.g., carpets, windows, restrooms) and the proper care of high-traffic areas./liliPrevious training in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and building maintenance is a plus./liliKnowledge of and adherence to all OSHA regulations, electrical codes, and other compliance related facility maintenance./li/ulh3Physical Requirements/h3ulliGeneral Activity: Frequent sitting, standing, walking, and driving/liliEnvironmental Exposure: Occasional exposure to temperature changes, dust, fumes, or gases/liliPhysical Actions: Squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, and bending/liliLifting: Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 100 lbs. on occasion Sensory Requirements: Talking, hearing, and seeing/li/ulh3Primary Tools/Equipment/h3ulliGeneral Cleaning Supplies/liliBroom/liliMop/liliDustpan/liliVacuum/liliLadder/liliSmall miscellaneous tools/li/ulh3Work Schedule/h3ulliAdherence to attendance requirements as outlined in the weekly schedule./liliFlexibility to work additional hours as needed to meet position deadlines./liliAvailability to work on weekends and/or holidays as required./li/ulpWhat We Offer/ppWe believe in taking care of our team, and our Total Rewards package reflects that commitment.
