Established Winston Salem area beverage company is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our brand’s growth. As our Marketing Manager, you will be hands on from planning to execution – building campaigns, managing channels, and working closely with management to align marketing effort with business goals. This is a hands-on role that requires you to collaborate daily in office Monday thru Friday. Remote is not available .

Your role:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention
• Plan multi-channel marketing campaigns-including email, social media, paid advertising, and events – from concept through analysis.
• Collaborate with management team to align messaging, nurture leads, and support growth.

We are looking for:

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing preferred, and 5+ years of experience. Experience in Adobe Creative is preferred.
• A proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive business results.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, Graphic design, email, social, and paid media.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
