Technical Sales Executive

We are seeking a Technical Sales Executive with a strong background in B2B sales within the manufacturing sector. This role focuses on driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and nurturing long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of technical sales, particularly in waterproofing products, sealants, and polymer coatings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and expand relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing collaboration and satisfaction.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities to fuel growth.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets in the construction and manufacturing sectors.
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to enhance market visibility and generate leads.
• Work with R&D, product development, and logistics teams to successfully implement customer projects.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors to deliver actionable insights.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high service levels.
• Create and execute strategies to attract and engage potential clients.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of 8 years of B2B sales experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Technical knowledge in textiles, polymer materials, and coatings is preferred.
• Proven track record in consultative sales and closing deals.
• Experience managing customer projects from concept to completion.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, and CRM systems.
• Flexibility to travel 50–60% within the U.S. and occasionally to Europe.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Valid driver's license and passport.

What We Offer:

• Competitive base salary of $80,000–$90,000 annually plus a performance bonus of up to $10,000.
