Salary: $60K-$70K base + commisssion

Partners Coffee is a specialty coffee roaster with an established reputation in the New York coffee community, and we're seeking an experienced Account Manager to help grow our wholesale business.

We are seeking an experienced, knowledgeable, and motivated coffee professional with a background in coffee and equipment sales to join our sales team and support the growth of our wholesale business. In this role, the Account Manager will generate and close sales of coffee, tea, and cold brew to cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, and offices, while managing a portfolio of existing accounts.

What you will do:

• Present coffee, tea, and cold brew programs and prepare equipment specifications for customers
  Identify new sales channels and follow up promptly on incoming leads
• Maintain and grow existing accounts through regular contact and by introducing new offerings
• Keep the CRM updated, prepare reports, and attend sales meetings
• Take part in demos, industry events, and networking opportunities
• Support account administration, including new account setup and credit applications
• Stay current on coffee education, roast profiles, and equipment knowledge
• Provide troubleshooting support for customer equipment and service issues

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in coffee and equipment sales, ideally within specialty coffee or wholesale
• Demonstrated success generating new business and closing sales
• Strong relationship building and account management skills
• Working knowledge of coffee sourcing, roasting, brewing methods, and equipment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort with reporting and using data to inform account strategy
• A genuine passion for coffee and the Partners Coffee brand
• NYC drivers license to travel to accounts outside of New York

You need to be able to have these physical requirements:

• Reaching with hands and arms
• Standing up to 8 hours per day
• Walking throughout site
• Lifting up to 50lbs throughout the day
• Ability to climb ladders and stairs
• Hearing and the ability to perceive mechanical sound cues
• Repetitive physical movements of the hands and wrists throughout the day
