Employment Type Part-time Requirements Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license (Required) Positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset Self-motivated, reliable, and accountable Job Description Welcome patients to the office and create a comfortable, friendly environment Prepare patients for dental exams and treatments, ensuring their comfort throughout the visit Select, set up, and sterilize dental instruments, equipment, and materials according to regulations Assist the dentist during a variety of procedures and treatments Provide patients with hygiene and post-operative care instructions Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records Collect patient payments and assist with front office procedures such as payment processing and recall Complete consultation spreadsheets and help with reactivation campaigns as needed Answer telephones, check-in/check-out patients, and prepare patient charts Assist or fill in for the Front Office Assistant/Receptionist as needed Support a positive, team-oriented office culture Maintain accountability and attention to detail in all areas of dental assisting Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Employee discounts Jobley Bonus: $45 (awarded to candidates hired through Jobley) Shift & Schedule 8-hour day shifts, Monday to Friday Availability for 2 Saturdays per month is a plus Weekends as needed About the Practice Name: Lakefront Smiles Location: 4707 Quail Lakes Dr, STE #200B, Stockton, CA 95207
