This department is responsible for the engineering support of the developmental test fleet, to include Foreign Military Sales (FMS) testing. Fully staffed, the candidate will manage the workflow of and provide leadership to an array of test discipline engineers, leading a multi-functional team of approximately 12 to 15 engineers.Direct Reports will include but may not be limited to:Utilities & Subsystems (Fuel, Hydraulics, EPS, LGS, LSS, PTMS)Flight Control Systems (FLCS)Propulsion IntegrationAir Vehicle Systems (AVS)Flight SciencesOther Mission SystemsSensors & EWWeaponsSystems IntegrationFlying QualitiesLoadsCNIOMSMatrix Reports may include the following:Mass PropertiesMaterial Review Board (MRB)Configuration Management (CM)The successful candidate will direct their teams through the operational support of the developmental test fleet of F-16 aircraft on the flight line and in the mission control room. This position requires frequent communication across the enterprise to conduct RCCA of vehicle systems issues, support and coordinate test fleet modifications, Weight and Balance activities, ground test events, and Electromagnetic Compatibility testing.**Must be a US Citizen. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per weekPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $128,400 - $226,435. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
