We are currently seeking seasonal Housekeeping and Laundry Leads to help supervise our teams for the upcoming summer season from May through October, 2026. Basin Harbor’s housekeeping and laundry team stands as the backbone of hospitality, meticulously maintaining cleanliness and guest comfort throughout the resort. This role will serve as a front-line supervisor for the housekeeping and laundry teams, overseeing room inspection processes, scheduling, and daily labor management, and fulfilling all responsibilities of the housekeeping, houseperson, and/or laundry roles at a lead level. Responsibilities Supervise the housekeeping and laundry teams as a front-line supervisor. Oversee room inspection processes. Oversee scheduling and daily labor management for the housekeeping and/or laundry teams. Fulfill all responsibilities of the housekeeping, houseperson, and/or laundry roles at a lead level. Qualifications Understanding the need for proper etiquette and service standards. Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred. At least 2 years of lead/supervisory experience required. Ability to take direction and delegate tasks. Ability to work in a team environment. Attention to detail and efficiency; ability to perform multiple tasks systematically in a fast-paced environment. Ability to read and follow safety data sheet instructions for potentially hazardous products used in daily work. Maintain a clean, well-kept, professional appearance. Shift work may be long and varied, including evenings and weekends. Full-shift walking and standing required. Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally during a shift.
