Clinical Hospital Pharmacist - Patient Care & Safety

SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University's Department of Pharmacy is seeking a full-time Pharmacist to dispense, compound, and admix drugs, provide medication counseling, and review orders for safety within our CPOE system and Pyxis profiles. You will supervise technicians, participate in drug utilization reviews and QA/PI programs, and rotate with medical teams, with on-call/holiday rotation as required. New York State Pharmacist Licensure and PharmD are required; PGY-1 residency and hospital #J-18808-Ljbffr SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University
