Job Title: Assembler
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
Schedule/Shift: 5am-3:00pm (Has 3 different 1st shift starting times.)
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Summary:
Seeking a mechanically inclined assembler to build and test industrial sewing machines. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work with close tolerances, and experience using small hand and power tools.

Responsibilities:

Assemble industrial sewing machines and related components.
Fit and align parts to close tolerances and operating requirements.
Mount and connect auxiliary mechanical and electrical equipment.
Perform operating tests, adjustments, and troubleshooting as needed.
Use small hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks accurately.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma required.
Previous assembly experience required.
Mechanical aptitude with experience using small hand and power tools.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to work overtime as needed; blueprint reading experience is a plus.
