Senior Project Manager

Job Summary: Experienced Senior Project Manager responsible for leading large IT projects through planning, execution, and implementation, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints. Responsibilities: Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, estimates, and budgets.
Track project milestones, risks, issues, and scope changes.
Prepare status reports, metrics, and communications for stakeholders.
Coordinate efforts among teams, vendors, testing, and implementation activities.
Ensure compliance with established project management standards and procedures.
Required Skills & Certifications: 7+ years of relevant project management experience.
Active PMP certification for at least 5 years.
Strong expertise in project planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Must be a current Pennsylvania resident.
Preferred Skills & Certifications: Experience implementing SaaS solutions.
Background in Public Health with emphasis on Drug and Alcohol Programs.
Special Considerations: Must reside in Pennsylvania.
Onsite presence required in Harrisburg one day per month.
Scheduling: Primarily remote work with onsite attendance in Harrisburg 1 day per month.
