Its employees consistently rank Moss as one of the best places to work.POSITION SCOPE AND ORGANIZATIONAL IMPACTThe Construction Technologies Specialist I position helps standardize field workflows and support adoption of construction management platforms on active projects. The role applies working knowledge of construction processes (project setup, document management, cost control) to turn jobsite needs into clear practical practices. Working with Operations, the Specialist I position assists with rollouts and training, keeps feedback loops active so standards stay useful, and helps ensure technology improves safety, quality, schedule, and cost outcomes.ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESMaintain and improve SOPs, checklists, and standardized workflows that work on jobsitesSupport implementation efforts for assigned tasks, including site readiness, pilot participation, and go-live supportTravel to project sites to observe current processes, coach users, capture pain points, and share best practicesBuild training documentation and short how-to guides for new or changed workflowsPartner with team members to shape configurations, forms, logs, dashboards, and reports that match operational needsTrack adoption and data qualitySupport evaluations and pilots of new tools and features with clear success criteriaServe as a point of contact for routine process questions and adoption blockers, route technical issues to the right teamsPerform other duties as assignedEDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCEMinimum bachelor’s degree in the field of Construction Management, Engineering, Business or a related field (or equivalent experience)1-2 years in construction operations across one or more projectsExperience using construction management platforms (e.g. Procore); exposure to ERP systems is a plusFamiliarity with field workflows, including document management, RFIs, submittals, quality, safety, and schedulingAbility to translate business and user needs into scalable, platform-based solutionsStrong written and verbal communication skillsProblem-solving mindset and attention to detailLanguage: Spanish not required; bilingual English and Spanish is a plusJOB TITLE: CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGIES SPECIALIST IJOB LOCATION: FORT LAUDERDALE, FLCLASSIFICATION: FULL-TIME – EXEMPT – SALARIEDREPORTS TO: MANAGER, CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGIESMoss is an equal opportunity employer.
