Senior Manager Environment & Sustainability Management - Gewässerschutzbeauftragter (m/w/d) Die Stelle Boehringer Ingelheim übernimmt Verantwortung für die Umwelt. Die Position kann entweder als Manager Environment & Sustainability Management Germany oder als Senior Manager Environment & Sustainability Management Germany besetzt werden. Aufgaben und Zuständigkeiten Als Environmental Manager sind Sie für alle Fragestellungen zum Gewässerschutz am Standort Ingelheim zuständig. Sie erstellen / unterstützen wasserrechtliche Genehmigungsanträge und Anzeigen und unterstützen die Betriebe bei behördlichen Inspektionen. Des Weiteren sind Sie zuständig für die Bewertung der am Standort anfallenden Abwasserströme und die Pflege des Abwasserkatasters. Die Nachverfolgung von rechtlichen Anforderungen zum Gewässerschutz und zum Umgang mit wassergefährdenden Stoffen (AwSV) sowie damit verbundene Berichterstattung zählt ebenfalls zu Ihren Aufgaben. Außerdem beraten Sie die Anlagenbetreiber und Projektleiter zu Aspekten des Gewässerschutzes und AwSV bei der Einführung von neuen Produktionsverfahren und in Projekten sowie bei wasserrechtlichen Fragen. Zusätzliche Aufgaben für die Senior Manager Rolle Als Senior Environmental Manager sind Sie als Gewässerschutzbeauftragte*r verantwortlich für den Standort Ingelheim. Sie koordinieren sowohl wasserrechtliche Genehmigungsanträge und -Anzeigen als auch behördliche Inspektionen. Des Weiteren koordinieren Sie die Zusammenarbeit mit den zuständigen Behörden. Anforderungen Master oder Diplom in Chemie, Verfahrenstechnik oder einer vergleichbaren naturwissenschaftlichen Fachrichtung; Promotion von Vorteil Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im betrieblichen Umweltschutz, idealerweise im Gewässerschutz Erfahrung mit Behördenmanagement und als Umweltbeauftragter von Vorteil Gute Kenntnisse im Umweltrecht, gute Kenntnisse chemischer Produktionsbetriebe und Verfahren von Vorteil Pragmatismus, Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie selbständiges Agieren in einem interdisziplinären Arbeitsumfeld Flexibilität im Umgang mit sich schnell ändernden gesetzlichen und beförderlichen Anforderungen und bei der Problemlösung von unerwarteten Herausforderungen Verantwortungsbewusste*r Kommunikator*in mit Kompetenzen im Konfliktmanagement und fließenden Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen Zusätzliche Anforderungen für die Senior Manager Rolle Langjährige Berufserfahrung im Umfeld des Gewässerschutzes, Erfahrung mit Behördenmanagement und als Umweltbeauftragter von Vorteil Tiefgreifende Kenntnisse im Umweltrecht, gute Kenntnisse von Chemie- und Verfahrenstechnik in der pharmazeutischen Produktion Im Rahmen der Entgelttransparenz wird die vorgesehene Vergütung während des Rekrutierungsprozesses geteilt.
