Preferred Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist license in Illinois (required)
• School-based occupational therapy experience or a strong interest in school settings
• Able to serve as an in-person provider
• Flexibility to work a schedule of 37.5 - 40 hours per week
• Willingness to collaborate on an early childhood diagnostic team

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct OT services to a starting caseload of approximately 30 students, expanding as new students are evaluated
• Collaborate with the early childhood team to assess student needs and determine service eligibility
• Develop and implement intervention plans tailored to individual student goals
• Maintain effective communication with students, families, and staff
• Document evaluations, progress, and therapy outcomes
