Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• Home health setting.
• ASAP start.
• Assignment length is 13 weeks or longer.

Location Highlights

Centralia offers access to outdoor recreation and regional travel options in southwest Washington.
