Shift Manager

Responsibilities Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers get fast, accurate, friendly experience at every visit. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness for customers. Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, such as planning for each shift, monitoring performance during the shift, taking action to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for a great shift. They may also be responsible for meeting shift targets and helping assigned departments meet their goals. Key Responsibilities Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Positive team player with a flexible schedule who enjoys a fast‑paced environment. Must be 18 years or older.
