Work Schedule Standard (Mon-Fri) Environmental Conditions Office Location: This field-based role covers North and Eastern Germany and the Account Manager (m/f/d) is ideally located in or around Hannover, Wolfsburg, Leipzig, Halle, or Magdeburg. The position requires approximately 75% travel across the assigned territory. The Vibrational Spectroscopy business includes FTIR, NIR and Raman spectroscopy from entry level table-top instruments, production process supervising equipment to highly sophisticated R&D and microscopy solutions. Represent our company in a positive, professional manner in all dealings with Thermo Fisher Scientific customers, both external and internal. Be responsible for the sales process from pre- to after-sales support and build strong, long-term relationships with your customers. What to expect Conduct and support product presentations at customer sites, Thermo Fisher labs, or online. Actively handle your funnel of sales opportunities by CRM compliance and sales forecast calls. Participate in trade fairs and coordinate workshops, seminars, and related events. Report market trends and customer requirements into the organization. Willingness to travel in the region, approximately 75% of the time. Keys to Success Education Bachelor or university degree in chemistry, physics. Требования 3 years of experience in industrial B2B field sales. Working experience in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry or laboratory equipment business. Knowledge in Vibrational Spectroscopy is an Asset. Additional experience with SFDC is an advantage. Excellent interpersonal communication, both written and oral. Proficient in German and English.
