We're looking for a bilingual (English & Spanish) Social Media Content Creator & Video Editor who knows how to script, film, edit, and publish high-performing short-form content across multiple platforms.

This isn't a strategy role.

Our brand voice, messaging, content pillars, and visual identity are already established. We need someone who can bring them to life with speed, creativity, and consistency.

You’ll support two fast-growing brands within an innovative wellness ecosystem:

Eterna Aesthetics & Wellness – A luxury medical aesthetics clinic serving Orlando's Spanish-speaking Latina community.

Aevra Health – A national concierge telehealth platform specializing in longevity, metabolic optimization, and advanced wellness solutions.

About the Role

As our Bilingual Social Media Content Creator , you’ll own the execution of content across both brands.

From scripting and filming to editing, publishing, community engagement, and workflow documentation—you’ll be responsible for producing engaging content that grows our online presence while staying true to each brand’s voice.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves storytelling, understands social media algorithms, and enjoys turning creative ideas into measurable results.

What You’ll Do

Short-Form Video Creation (Top Priority)

• Script, film, edit, and publish engaging Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts.

• Produce 4–6 short-form videos per week for each brand.

• Create high-retention videos using strong hooks, storytelling, and pacing.

• Repurpose podcasts, testimonials, and long‑form content into engaging short clips

• Produce Spanish‑first content for Eterna and English‑first content for Aevra.

Social Media Content Execution

• Manage publishing across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.

• Design premium graphics and social assets using Canva

• Build and maintain an organized content library of templates, B‑roll, and evergreen assets.

• Write engaging captions and hooks in both English and Spanish.

• Adapt messaging culturally—not just through direct translation.

Audience Engagement & ManyChat

• Manage ManyChat automations on Instagram and TikTok.

• Build comment‑to‑DM workflows that generate qualified leads.

• Respond to comments and messages professionally in both English and Spanish.

• Help turn conversations into booked appointments.

Google Business Profile & Reputation Management

• Optimize Google Business Profiles for local visibility.

• Respond to customer reviews in both English and Spanish.

• Repurpose positive reviews into engaging social content.

• Support systems that consistently generate five‑star reviews

Compliance-Friendly Copywriting

• Create engaging wellness and aesthetics content without making prohibited medical claims.

• Focus messaging on confidence, lifestyle improvements, and wellness outcomes.

• Ensure content remains compliant with platform advertising guidelines.

SOPs & Workflow Documentation

• Document content workflows inside Notion

• Build repeatable systems and content libraries.

• Create templates that help scale content production efficiently.

• Continuously improve creative processes.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of experience creating high-performing social media content

• Professional bilingual fluency in English and Spanish

• Proven success creating short-form video content with measurable engagement or audience growth

• Strong portfolio showcasing content creation, editing, and brand execution (Required before interviews)

• Proficiency with:

  • CapCut
  • Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent)
  • Canva

• Deep understanding of:

  • Instagram
  • TikTok
  • YouTube Shorts
  • Facebook

• Experience with ManyChat

• Strong understanding of:

  • Social media algorithms
  • Organic growth strategies
  • Hashtags
  • Social SEO
  • Content optimization

• Comfortable documenting workflows and creating SOPs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in medical aesthetics, luxury wellness, telehealth, beauty, or lifestyle brands

• Agency experience managing multiple brands simultaneously.

• Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator skills
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel
• Experience with Meta Business Suite
• Knowledge of Notion or Asana
• Experience managing Google Business Profiles
• Familiarity with AI-powered marketing workflows and automation
