Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active OT license in Missouri (or eligibility)
• Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
• Knowledge of IEP process and familiarity with special education regulations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
• Passion for supporting students in academic, functional, and behavioral needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
• Participate in multidisciplinary IEP meetings and contribute expertise
• Provide direct and consultative therapy services to students in individual and group sessions
• Maintain accurate records and data collection for progress monitoring
• Educate staff and families on OT strategies to promote student achievement
• Adapt therapy techniques and materials to fit diverse learning and physical challenges
