HR Compliance Associate II — Policy & Audit Focus
Volunteers of America Los Angeles
Volunteers of America Los Angeles is seeking an HR Associate II – Compliance to support a comprehensive compliance program across legal, regulatory and grant requirements. You will maintain systems, coordinate program audits, monitor wage and hour compliance, and provide regular reports to the HR Compliance and HR Service teams to ensure audit readiness and policy adherence across VOALA affiliates. The role requires fingerprint clearance, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and at least three #J-18808-Ljbffr Volunteers of America Los Angeles
