Application Developer/Analyst

Position Overview: The Application Developer/Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications. This role requires a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies, with a focus on creating efficient, scalable, and user-friendly applications. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical expertise and analytical skills to solve complex problems and deliver high-quality solutions. Primary Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain web applications using JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, NoSQL, Java Server Faces, CSS, HTML, and Java.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
Implement and maintain application security protocols.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
Create and maintain documentation for application development processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
