Application Developer/Analyst
Position Overview: The Application Developer/Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications. This role requires a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies, with a focus on creating efficient, scalable, and user-friendly applications. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical expertise and analytical skills to solve complex problems and deliver high-quality solutions. Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, NoSQL, Java Server Faces, CSS, HTML, and Java.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Implement and maintain application security protocols.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Create and maintain documentation for application development processes and procedures.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in application development and analysis.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
