Generate and process customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.

Verify billing data, purchase orders, and supporting documentation.

Record payments and adjustments in the accounting system.

Communicate with customers and internal departments to resolve discrepancies.

Maintain up-to-date billing files and audit trails for reporting.

Assist with month-end closing and reconciliations.

Support additional accounting functions as needed.

13 years of billing or accounts receivable experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or ERP systems).

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Location: Bremen, IN Schedule: Full-time, MondayFriday (on-site) Compensation: $41,600$49,920 annually
