A Typical Day The Modifications Supervisor will oversee document integrity for loan modifications. As the Supervisor, you will handle escalated matters on file dispute and resolution with Pennymac Attorneys and Mediations Department. The Modifications Supervisor will: Support staff in absence of Director of Operations Ensure system functionality in order to perform Job Functions Create policy and procedures for staff Manage pipeline and distribute workload Provide feedback on audit reviews to staff to ensure compliance and learning Perform other related duties as required and assigned Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 10+ years of relevant work experience Previous experience as Operations Manager for Origination of Loans FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC Experience Must be highly proficient in Excel and Word Why You Should Join As one of the top mortgage lenders in the country, Pennymac has helped over 4 million lifetime homeowners achieve and sustain their aspirations of home.
