Job Title: Industrial Regional Leader – Digital Manufacturing Competences requirements Master’s degree or equivalent with experience About 5 years of experience in industrial environment (PM, CI, IT, etc.) Digital Experience (Advanced Systems user, Understanding of digital concepts) Good Knowledge of Manufacturing Production Environment & Processes Strong Project Management Skills Technical skills on digital Tools – understands the concepts, and is advanced in at least one Digital Domain/Area Technical skills in Automation – Basics and concepts of Automation Team spirit / Autonomy / ability to engage people / reporting Curiosity and Multicultural & multifunctional communication & understanding Missions Drive Industrial Digital Projects & Initiatives Portfolio along with its budget in alignment with business priorities and OP Standards Manage the site Industrial System Controllers and Digital Key Users networks Regional Process Owner: Digital Manufacturing Execution (MES) Manages Digital demand management of the plants Ensures coordination with Digital & IS organization (Regional & Global) Leads the regional Manufacturing digital team Relay of Manufacturing Data Manager Activities Management Build the Digital Roadmap and related budget for his/her domain Lead, manage, and coordinate activities for his/her domain Ensure the functional coordination with all BPO/KU assigned to his/her domain (Network, objectives…) Report the activity of his/her domain to the Regional Industrial team & Global Industrial Digital Team As a responsible company, OPmobility pays particular attention to diversity and equality within its teams and the Group commits to treat all job applications equally. #J-18808-Ljbffr OP Mobility
