Automobile Dealership Accounts Payable AccountantThe Automobile Dealership Accounts Payable Accountant at Naples Nissan is responsible for managing the financial records and transactions of the dealership's accounts payable department. This includes processing invoices, reconciling statements, and ensuring accurate and timely payment of vendors.Responsibilities:Process invoices and purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial policiesReconcile statements and resolve any discrepancies or issues in a timely mannerManage vendor relationships and communicate effectively regarding payment inquiriesEnsure timely and accurate payment of invoicesAssist in month-end closing procedures and produce financial reportsMaintain organized and up-to-date records of accounts payable transactionsRequirements:Previous experience in accounts payable or similar roleKnowledge of accounting principles and practicesProficient in using accounting software and MS Office; experience with Reynolds Ignite a plus.Strong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHigh level of integrity and confidentialityBenefits:Competitive compensation of $22 - $25 per hourHealthcare benefits package401(k) retirement savings planPaid HolidaysEmployee discounts on vehicle purchases and servicesAbout the Company:Naples Nissan is an automobile dealership located in Naples, Florida.
