Description

A typical day in the life of a Patient Services Associate will include the following:

Outbound calls to payers to verify benefits and gather missing intake information

Documents coverage details in Summary of Benefits

Updates case notes in Lynk system to reflect status and actions taken

All payer calls and updating information in CRM

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience working from home, outbound call experience, experience with speaking to payers, internet speed confirmed, secure workplace, experience with call monitoring and QA review of calls, experience with learning new systems, greater than one year of patient services/call center environment

Technology must haves:

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software

Multi-line telephone

Laptop device, two monitors, docking station, mouse and keyboard, headset, necessary cords)

This is a Contract position based out of Morrisville, NC.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
