Job Description:

As the top-ranked ServiceNow solution provider, we offer federal agencies the deepest capabilities, resources, and experience for their projects. Join our team as a developer implementing ServiceNow for a large federal agency. Work on a team responsible for the implementation and configuration of multiple modules and capabilities, specifically within the IT Service Management suite of applications.

Responsibilities include:

• Develops the application including configuration, report development and data migration, where applicable

• Performs custom development (as required) and 3rd party integrations

• Carries out unit-testing and defect resolution

• Carries out migration of the changes to production

• Assists with technical design and documentation

• Collaborates with internal stakeholders and team members to build solutions in ServiceNow that support business requirements

Here's what you need:

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow development or administrator experience

Bonus Points if you have:

• Security + CE

• ITSM, HAM, SAM and/or CSM experience

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification (CSA)

• Custom application development experience

• Bachelor's degree

Security Clearance:

• Active TS/SCI clearance

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. $105,900—$169,300 USD
