Safety Manager

Trillium Construction is now seeking Safety Managers for direct-hire! Must be able to travel internationally. Annual salary is $120k/year, depending on experience. What You Will Do Plan, implement, and oversee project safety programs to meet contract and regulatory requirements Develop safe work plans with project leadership for all phases of work Ensure compliance with OSHA and applicable safety standards Conduct daily safety inspections and document findings Lead safety orientations for new hires Advise field teams on safety policies and procedures Monitor site housekeeping for a safe work environment Serve as safety liaison with owners, subcontractors, and third parties Prepare safety reports and investigate incidents/accidents Working Conditions Full-time, construction environment with travel required. Must be able to perform physical tasks (climbing, lifting 50+ lbs, confined spaces, heights, and varying weather conditions). Apply now!
